Italian Trad IS Rad

Thanks to Rock and Ice for this one, some Italian guys get burly on a sick looking trad line that had been bolted. They take care of the offending hardware with an ingenious looking device, and then get down to business. And in case you’re wondering, the line checks in at about 13+. PROUD!

  1. Such a beautiful line. Really awesome that they chopped the bolts.

I think on my next trip to HCR I may have to lead climbs on gear that originally went on gear but were later bolted.
