Sterling has been putting out some great videos recently, and here’s another one to add to the list, this one with an interesting back story. Whitney Boland is a climber who lives in Chattanooga, TN, and has a chronic disease called Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS). The video shows some of the great local crags, and talks about how climbing has become actual therapy for Whitney to help her cope with this disease. Enjoy.
