New GriGri Belay Technique

Here’s a good video from the folks over at Petzl which demonstrates two techniques for using a Gri Gri, one of which they are promoting as “New & Improved”. I haven’t tried it yet, but looks interesting. I love GriGri’s, esp for all the developing we do. I also like knowing that if I pull off a rock and knock out my belayer, I’m not going to go crashing to the ground. So check it out and let us know what you think.

The video is about 6 minutes long.
