Redstone Boulders For Sale?

Can anyone confirm or deny this? When I drove by the other day I saw a sales pamphlet at the road leading to the boulders, and a friend who picked one up said it’s a large area that’s for sale. Anybody know if the land in question includes the boulders? Is it time to get the Access Fund involved?

  1. Doesn’t look like it includes the boulders but it definately includes the access that is currently used. Priced at $1,250,000. 18 Acres. Any loaded boulderers out there? Includes 2,000ft of river frontage. Give me a call I’ll write up the deal! The first boulder you come to appears to be on another private parcel but I believe the rest are on private land.

  2. From what I understand, that property has been for sale for the last 20 years, but apparently, it’s god-awful property for building, which is why no one has done anything with it … I don’t know why someone put that sign up again … maybe property is getting scarcer and people are getting more desperate

I also think that the boulders actually are on the property
